If this is indeed the end (and it looks like it was the end, as it's been seven years), what a great film to go out on. Serenity takes everything that was great about Firefly and applies it to a spectacular two hour film. Sure, I could have used a little more Mal and Inara interaction, as her simply staying on the ship was barely enough to satiate my silly needs. But in the end, Serenity is a terrific film and one hell of an accomplishment. How many shows cancelled halfway into their first season have had movies made? Yeah, not many.
