Comments: For a movie called The Thaw, there's certainly not a hell of a lot of ice or snow in the film. What the hell? I like a nice snowy environment; it really can help set the mood in a horror film (or any film, for that matter). There's also nothing even remotely original about The Thaw either, which doesn't help. It's all been done before. Pass on this one, even with the lush allure of one Val Kilmer.
